Surgical Planner
Surgical Planner was developed for a startup specializing in designing and manufacturing custom biomedical materials. We developed a product that enabled staff to work with sensitive patient data.
Antibody Sequence Analysis Tool
The Antibody Sequence Analysis Tool was developed for a university health system department performing pandemic prevention research. We created software to improve the speed of their antibody DNA sequence analysis pipeline.
Plant Genotyping Management System
SciMed was approached in 2019 to build the Plant Genotyping Management System to help the client manage their process for genotyping information of plant genetic samples. This articles examines how this project was accomplished.
Open Source Online Grocery Store
Prior to approaching SciMed, this client had developed an application internally used to research purchasing behavior and data for grocery store products. However, the application was limited. Their goal in working with SciMed was to expand the existing application’s functionality, improve its security, make it easier to maintain the application, and develop new features that would help to conduct research.
PWA Customization Project
We took on the PWA Customization Project in 2020 to help a client customize their existing enterprise project management system, a custom Microsoft Progressive Web App (PWA). As their organization was unique with its own set of individual needs, we needed to enhance their current software to meet their needs - an issue many of our clients face.
